order appoint. The Governor in Council may by any such order or by a subsequent order withhold any of the powers aforesaid from the Trust or divest it of any such power and Limpo se conditions or limitations on the exercise of any power conferred on the Trust.

All regulations made by the Trust shall be submitted to the Governor and shall be subject to the approval of the Legislative Council.

The names of all trustees shall be notifieã in the Gazette as soon as may be after their appointment.

10. The Governor may appoint a Secretary of the Trust, a Harbour M.ster, a Health Officer of the Port and such other officers as may be required for the purposes of the Trust and such officers shall be under the control of the Trust.

The Cha ir man shall give to the officers under the control of the Trust such instruct ions and directions as may be necessary for carying out and giving effect to the decisions and policy of the Trust and shall be responsible for their being carried out and for the general administration of the Porte
